Our clients in Bedfordshire are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Older People\'s Team for the next 3 months. Duties:* To review and co-ordinate referrals* Undertaking assessments/formulate care plans* Arrange action and review service for older person and their carers * Undertake statutory duties under the Community Care Act* Keep appropriate case records You must have good report writing skills, be able to meet strict deadlines and have the ability to work on your own initiative.Applicants must have a current CRB and have GSCC registration.
