Area Sales Executive – IT Solutions and Managed Services
Based from Silverbug’s Head Office in Milton Keynes
Salary £35,000 + Commission – OTE £65,000

Silverbug have very ambitious plans for growth over the next 3 years and we are looking for an experienced Area Sales Executive to help us put these plans into action!
Area Sales Executive – IT Solutions and Managed Services – Role
The experienced Area Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by sitting and closing leads provided from the telesales function as well as setting, sitting and closing self generated leads.
You will be selling the full range of available products and solutions to various SME’s in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.
Based from Silverbug’s business development head office in Milton Keynes you will work with the rest of the team to execute Silverbug’s sales and marketing strategy growing and developing its customer base.
Area Sales Executive – IT Solutions and Managed Services – Role requirements
Pro-active selling to new clients
Up selling and Account management to existing clients
Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services and generate new business
Proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with relevant decision-makers
Moving opportunities through the sales cycle to a successful close and hand over to service delivery
Responding to tender documents, writing proposals and reports
Keeping abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems
Understanding customers\' diverse, specific business needs to maximise their use of the hardware/software in order to support the success of their business and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
Area Sales Executive – IT Solutions and Managed Services candidate must have:
2years experience of selling managed services
Demonstrable experience of discussing, presenting and selling solutions at senior decision maker level
Strong negotiation skills
Target driven/self motivated
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multi task/work under pressure
Able to work under own initiative as well as in a team
Good IT skills
Must be willing to travel
A driving license, own car, and business mileage insurance
Area Sales Executive Salary £35,000 (inc. Car allowance) + Commission – OTE £65,000
