An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy and professional organisation

within the Welwyn Garden City area. This opportunity is being recruited on a 6

month temporary basis and could result in a permanent role for the right applica

nt, therefore it is a requirement that individuals applying are available immedi

ately. Previous Customer Service experience is essential.

Duties will include:

General enquiries on products and quotations

Processing or orders received by

fax, email and telephone

Co-ordinating deliveries

Handling of complaints

Previous experience within a similar position
