This stunning boutique 4 star hotel which is now seeking a high calibre individual to join their team as Head Chef.

You will be responsible for the day to day smooth running of the department and be able to deliver a consistently high standard.

You will have the ability to lead, train and motivate your team.

The hotel has an excellent reputation and offers very good career development and progression.

This hotel is part of a high quality hotel group and consists of 20 individually designed bedrooms, set within it's own grounds and caters for exclusive and high quality weddings, private dining and conferences.

It boasts a very good fine dining restaurant and currently has 1 rosette and is now seeking a Chef that can take it onto the next level and gain a 2nd rosette.

You will need to have a proven rosette background.

Ideally this would suit an individual who is currently a Head Chef and seeking a new challenge.
