Fantastic opportunity for Chef de Partie, to get that excellent start to your career at this highly regarded property! Magnificent 5 star quality hotel is looking to recruit a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade

This is a demanding role for a CDP in a busy kitchen producing only the highest quality of food for the restaurant. You will be a dedicated, passionate and ambitious, individual who works well under pressure looking for a career opportunity, which will provide training and development.

The Chef de Partie to suit must have: Good all round experience Willingness to learn and assist the brigade where required. Should also possess NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and hygiene certificate is essential. Must have banqueting experience. Passion for success and quality food is essential. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly motivated team who are capable of training and developing your skills to an exceptional standard. This is a very busy operation that will provide the challenge many of you are looking for. It would be preferred that the ideal candidate have some experience in working in busy multi outlet operations.
